Post I Think I Need Help...

Well, not ANYMORE of that kind of help. We all know I need that.

But, I was moving all my DVD's from downstairs into a cabinet upstairs. When I was all done I thought I would count them because I had NO idea how many I had. They are all legal (not copied) and I was curious to see.

So, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.........17, 18....56, 57.....86, 87.....101, 102....121, 122....134, 135....149, 150!!! Wow, that's a lot. That is not counting all 10 Seasons of the sitcom Friends.

Do, I need help or is there someone here that legally owns more than 150 DVDs?

-Matt

Yeah, Friends? The only complete series I have is Firefly. And most of the Simpsons. And a few seasons of King of the Hill.

Figure an hour and a half per, that's over 9 solid days of viewing enjoyment, (not counting friends). Talk about a movie marathon.

Nothing wrong with friends. The problem arises when you have more Friends dvds than... um actual friends.

Ten seasons of Friends??

It's OK, you're still cool in my book, no matter what they say.

I have about 80, with another 6 in the mail.

I've got about...umm...six. And I agree with everyone else...ten seasons of Friends? You do have some major issues! Seek professional help, before it's too late...(oh wait, it already is too late. Never mind.)

I have about 3 legal DVDs and about 95 DVDs in all, not including my collection of adult movies.

About TV seasons DVD content.

Some poeple just have to have the whole series of TV shows to make it worthwhile.

Now, Matt, how many seasons of 'Trailer Park Boys' do you have ?

Myself, I don't collect TV series tapes or DVD's.

I do however collect movies by certain actors or theme movies.
ie: All of the: James Bond Movies,Die Hard,Star Wars, Star Trek,Clint Eastwood,John Wayne,Demi Moore, etc

I probably have 30-40 DVD'S,400 VHS,150 Beta Movies.

I only buy the ones I like to watch more than once.

None. If I had known how much I would have enjoyed that TOTALLY AWESOME show I would have just bought them instead of renting THEM ALL! Best Canadian show...

Part of the reason why I have so many DVDs is because of Blockbuster. After about 4 weeks or so they get some of their new releases that they rented out and mark them down and sell them. Why would I buy a new DVD for $25-30 Canadian when I can wait for a month or so and buy it for around $15. Sometimes they have buy one get one half price or buy two get one free. And DVDs last longer than a VHS so I don't have to worry about it losing it's quality unless it is, or gets, all scratched.
