"I" don't own a single DVD. My kids on the other hand own what seems like millions of them little buggers even though I am sure it is only in the 50 or so range.
If you want to go old school, how many VHS tapes do you own? My wife has EVERY and I mean EVERY Disney movie that was EVER released on VHS. Sometimes 2 copies if they made a change to the movie or cover. She is a disney freak.

I only buy those I know I would enjoy seeing again and again, such as:
Band of Brothers;
The Godfather (I & II);
Lonesome Dove (along with Deadman's Walk and Streets of Laredo);
Deadwood (1st and 2nd seasons);
Saving Private Ryan.
