Air will bleed out on its own over time but if you want to get it out quicker, then get yourself a new power steering reservoir cap. Drill and tap a hole in the old one big enough to screw in a small brass or nylon barb. Put the cap on the reservoir and attach the vacuum pump with some clear plastic tubing and pump just until you start to see fluid trying to come up through the plastic tubing. You should have most if not all of the air out.
