First of all Welcome to FTE. I'm sure that anything can be done if you throw enough money at it. There are sat nav systems that are mountable in place of your stock stereo unit. I just sold the one I had today through ebay. I may have one more to sell next week as well. However, I do have a few of the silver models out of Lincoln vehicles that I am looking to sell. I sold the Ford model for $750. I would let the silver Lincoln models go for much cheaper. Let me know if you are interested in the silver models. I will let you know if I come up with another black model.

dimension wise, yes it will fit perfectly...just have to either order one programmed, get it programmed or keep an eye out like i did for one that has all the right sutff, ie: sisius, line-in, subwoofer, steering wheel controls, spped sensitive volume, etc. anything above what you have should work theoretically but don't get one programmed without sub if you have sub....
