It's close to the starter, but no more so than any other header.

I have full length hedman's on my 351. The only clearance issues I have is with the front driveline rubbing while wheeling. Its not much rub, just enough to scrape my nice red paint off.

okay so i threw in the driver side header adn it hits the front driveshaft, so now i had to take it off, but i havent got all the bolts in yet and they are a pain to get in, hopefully i can get my driveshaft back on but if not its one more reason for me to not go beat on my truck. or atleast in some nasty stuff.

What U say? So did you have it completely bolted in and tight to the engine? Mine was pretty close all done and said, but no actual rub during normal driving.

Oh, I guess I was pretty fortunate when I installed mine. They just slipped right in no problem.

Most of the time, they make a different header for the 4x4 vs just rear wheel drive. Did you get the header for the 4x4 application? If not you may want to try those.
