Question Bent front leaf spring?

Hi all, I've been noticing lately that my '01 f-250 4x4 CC shortbox Diesel seems to be leaning on the drivers side. I parked it on a level concrete surface and measured everything and its about 1.5" to 1.75" lower on the drivers side. Fuel tank was half full. I had installed a Rough Country leveling kit (Not just the add a leaf) in January. I craweled under the truck and just looking at the springs, it almost looks like the drivers side spring has more of a downward bow on the front and rear ends. Is it possible the spring is bent or could something else be causing it? I'm planning on lifting it another 2" inches with hangers and shackles and I do have a new Rough Country add a leaf kit I could put in the factory springs and then put them back on when I have it all apart anyway. Would I be happy with the add a leafs and will it give me the same amount of lift the full springs gave me? I'm just not sure what the best way to go about getting the truck to quit leaning would be. Any thoughts?
Thanks
Chad

Spring could be cracked or bent it's not uncommon for this to happen.if your lifting it i assume your getting new springs.
If it was going to be left stock I'd get a set of plow pkg(x) springs for it.
