Torque Specs?

Torque Specs?
Today is finally the day ! I am installing my 4" Superlifts Lift kit this afternoon and I am getting everything ready now...Anyone know what the torque specs are for the U-Bolts, Shocks, Leaf Springs Track Bar Drop Bracket, etc etc etc?

Trac-bar drop bracket to Frame =30lb/ft
Draglink to pitman arm =60lb/ft
U-bolts =85lb/ft
Trac-bar to bracket =369lb/ft (good luck on that one)
Spring to shackle =75lb/ft
Spring to hanger =75lb/ft
Shackle to frame =75lb/ft
Sway bar endlink to sway bar =53lb/ft
Shocks =? (I've always just tightened them so that the bushing is squeezed to the size of the washer)

See page 5 of 7 for the torque specs needed. Also other torque specs are in "( torque spec here )" after the install instruction.

envirocon, just curious, where did you get your specs? because they are NOT EVEN IN THE SAME UNIVERSE. everything i see in my haynes and chilton books are the same as what superlift posts in there instructions where biz4two posted. your specs are way low, except the track bar to bracket--waaaaayyy to high..

Donahoe Racing. I hope they're not that far off. I used them and was assured by DR that they were Ford factory specs.
ON EDIT: I went and checked other lift sites instructions and got a medley of different torque specs. DR, Fabtech, and ProComp were about the same (except for that trac-bar bolt, not sure where DR got that #, they say it's Fords). You Say Superlift and Haynes are the same. And BDS was about the same as Superlift. I also compared a Haynes and a factory service manual for my Suzuki Samurai and even they have differences between 5-20 lb/ft. I think I'm just going to get a factory service manual from Helm.

hmmmm, whose torque specs are right
envirocon, when i did my front spring, put the v codes in, i think they were like 189 ftlbs. your post says DR says 75 ftlbs. thats a BIG diff in my book. either way i torqued mine all to the haynes book. i'll do some more investigation too. i am gonna call DR today...i hope they gave you info for their spring bushings and not for all. this seems like a good topic after all.
i just read the post from DR. i thightened my u bolts to a little over 175 ftlbs. maybe the DR u-bolts are different.
