Post Engine ID

I'm buying a 65 f-100 for $600. The truck is in solid shape with minimal rust. It has been converted to a floor shift auto. I'm not sure if it has the original engine. It is supposed to be a 352 v8, but it looks like it might be a 351c. How can I tell what it really is? Thanks.

Phil the 352 would be the correct V8 and the spark plugs are installed like this \\// on both sides.
