Points or electric dist or mag pickup? I don't know much about points, but I would think switched power and leads to the coil would be it. Duraspark 2 has three leads from the dist, and mag pickup has a signal and return lead.

That switch applies to a certain run of Ford vehicles (Trucks) .
The cut-off is in the either the 77 or 78 Model year.
For instance :
I have a brand new switch here that is in an open bag with one part number on it.....in a Ford box with another part number labeled on it.......and the part itself with the PIN on it ..............................so , the only way to tell for sure what it is... is to look at the FORD part identification number stamped on the part itself.
