Yes it comes off seperately...

The cover snaps in place and can be removed without taking off the whole panel. If I remember right there is a little notch on the edge that a small screwdriver blade will fit into. Then it's just 4 screws and the speaker is out.

Spiggy my power windows kit actually rolls the windows down faster than a stock dodge ram does. It is faster to roll the windows down and up then my bros truck. I just got the tweeter now all I have to do is install them. I got the spal delux model power windows kit also. thanks again
