Momentary power loss... CPS?

Momentary power loss... CPS?
When driving at a steady speed I'll have power loss that lasts for half a second, like the truck is having one big hiccup. Once while at a stop sign, my motor quit running, but started right back up. Is it time to replace the CPS? If not, is there anything else I should look at? I have 112K on the motor, and I don't believe the CPS has been changed.
