Major coolness. We'll be at the campsite. I'll try to have the CB on 13. and my cell phone on 316-640-1788. Weather man says dry for fri and sat. now and lows are down to the mid 30's.

So just a quick run down of what I have so far: Updated info

Camping: 8- Tony (motel camping), Clint, Ian, Lance, Curtis, Maddie?, Joe, and I.

If I have this wrong let me know. Joe if you can get up there your welcome. Does Joe or Lance need any camping gear?

Curtis there is electric up there. And it has always been on when we were there.

For Saturday shootin/wheelin: Rollie, Lisa, Joe, Aaron, Becky, Chris & Wife, Del, Keith and his dad, Clint and I, Tony, Ian, Lance, Curtis, Maddie.

Looks like we'll loose Chris and his wife Saturday night and pick up Doc & a buddy, and Mark.

Sunday we'll add some folks. Chad & Nephew, Matt, Doc & a buddy, and Mark.

Dan?? Jeff??

I am will be down Saturday. I will bring my son (age 9) down for some wheeling. Might be bringing a firearm or two also.

I will get the running boards and topper off so that the F250 can get it's shoes dirty. We will be playing it by ear and hope to see you guys at the range.

Jack - you have my cell.

The Range opens at 10:00 AM. Costs $10 to shoot. They have a rifle and a pistol range. I'll have some Colt replica revolvers. A 51 Navy, a 60 Army, RM Conversion, and a Peace Maker (aka 73 SAA). And some modern stuff. 3/4 size SAA for folks with small hands, Vaqueros, and the model 13 S&W. I plan on being at the range or in camp on Saturday. Others I think are going to wheel. If you need directions give me a call.

Jeff, I can bring my scope kit and I can also bring my spotting scope.

Jeff, this link is for you. http://www.abousainc.com/SightIn.htm

Shot off a bunch of 480 ammo last week and haven't had a chance to reload it. Might do some 22, 9mm, 44 mag. The SKS and AR-15 might need let out of the box to.

Rollie, I'm looking forward to being there!

If folks want I can set up the Colt clones so you can shoot: The .36 cal 51, favorite pistol of Wild Bill; the .44 cal 60, favorite pistol of John Wesley Harding; the .44 cal RM's, conversion revolvers were the most use cartridge pistols of the west; The .45 cal Peacemaker (also known as the Colt .45 and 73 Colt SAA), favorite pistol of Bat Masterson. You will see and understand the improvements and problems each have. Then the Ruger Vaquero and how modern firearms and manufacturing are what everyone back in the 1800's wanted.
