Hot start problem

Hot start problem
My truck fires up right away when it's cold. The alternator seems to charge the batteries fine. If i turn the truck off when its hot and try to start it again before it cools, it sounds like the starter is really struggling. Sometimes it will get it started, sometimes it wont. I don't think it's a battery problem, but im not positive. Any ideas?
