Crew Cab Seating

Has anybody tried to put a front 40/20/40 seat in a crew cab in the rear seat position? I don't like that Ford doesn't have head rests in the rear seats and I want to find a way to fix this. I just feel that there is a safety issue here where if you had an accident, the passenger's head could move forward and then back through the rear window. I think the King ranch has captains chairs in all 4 postitions. Any ideas would be appreciated.

My '05 CC has the bench in back the driver side and passenger side have the headrests but like the front bench the middle does not. I think Ford has been doing headrests in the back for a few years now...

It may be possible to install the capitain's chairs and console, as the lariat LE has them in the rear. You may need to drill new holes to bolt the seats in, so seal around the bolts with silicone.
