So I can buy these and get 4.5 inches of lift in the back without any other problems and nothing other than some hand tools (i don't have a welder..)? and then buy some new coil springs for the front and be good to go?
as long as you have a grinder for the old rivets (assuming that the existing hangers are the originals) and are willing to do alignment stuff yourself (coil springs aren't the easiest job if you've never done them) then yeah... that's about it. Front-end realignment is something I leave to the pro's, but it can definitely be a learning experience if you're willing to spend the time and effort to do it yourself.
Actually they claim 4.5" lift, but some people have only got 3"s.
Which is the same as a regular shackle flip(3"s), but only cost the price of some new grade 8 bolts.
But if you put coil springs, then you'd need C bushings, drop trac bar bracket, and maybe need a drop pitman arm, radius arm drop brackets, adjustable trac bar, extended sway bar end links, and extened brake lines.
