Someone had the prints upside down at the factory. Reminds me of that old joke, "Green Side Up!"

I would be cautious of the Zoo-dad mod, here in texas I have seen water standing in the stock air box, Did anyone mention there are drain holes in the bottom for drainage?

I ran the K&N filter in the stock air box and it got soaked..As a matter of fact I recall of a couple people that ingested water and bent rods. W/O the zoodad I have seen people ingest water and hydrolock the engine.

I was in a very good down pour approx. 3-4 inches an hour. Mine had a few small puddles in the bottom of the box.

The engine can tolerate a little water(H2O injection)..

Welcome to FTE.
In a downpour like that you wouldn't even be able to see out the windshield to drive!

WOW! Old thread. I thought at first that we had seen Allen back on board with us again.

Regardless... welcome to FTE. I've personally been in the middle of some of those frog-strngling downpours in southeast Texas, and I don't miss them one bit.
