02 ranger Front brake locking up!

Hears the deal, ive got a 02 ranger 4x4 with 4 wheel ABS. I have had this problem for a while and have thrown a few parts at it already. The front passanger side brake locks up and the abs does activate correctly.i have put on new pads and rotors on both sides and a new caliper on the passanger side. I have also bled the brake system twice to make sure the air was out of the lines. i have pulled the fuse for the ABS and it locks right up especially in the rain. Any ideas?? please help!

Drivers side brake hose could be breaking down internally blocking fluid from that wheel causing all the brake pressure to go to the passenger wheel.

Worn wheel bearing.

Weak abs sensor.
