my 99 ranger
1999 ranger 4.0 manual 4x4, the 4 door model.
does anyone know where i could get a new front valence or maybe an aftermarket one of some alternatives to make the front end look better
i love it so far im 16 so this is my first manual and my 2nd ford truck so far i love it

For the valance, you're pretty much stuck with the ones Ford offers. I've never really seen any others for it. That being said, if you feel the need to upgrade something, you can get a fog light valance and install fog lights, actually a very simple procedure.
Seeing that you're sixteen, swing by the "Next Generation" forum down in general discussion. All of us down there are under 25, we have some fun stuff to talk 'bout.
You're right, your truck needs a little help in the front.
This is probably one of the funnest vehicles i've driven, probably just because i havnt driven a manual before this one.
might be a dumb question, i havnt had a chance to crack open the manual yet but does anyone know the proper way to engage 4x4? I havnt messed with it yet
truck drives real good, the tires roar a little bit but not too bad.
for the bumper, now i've decided i want to put some sort of brushguard or tube bumper on it with a winch and a couple fogs
I wont be taking the truck in anything too rough, but i'm worried about the valence getting ripped off because it looks like thats what happened with the previous owner
