Vibration at 40 mph?

Vibration at 40 mph?
I have a 1997 Ford f-250 7.3 diesel short bed. I use it for hauling my 5th wheel mostly. I get a vibration at about 41mph and it stays until you get to 45 mph.The transmission is fairly new and the tires are 1 year old. Anyone have a idea what could cause this? Thanks for your time.

Had the exact same problem with '05 PSD S/D, S/C long bed. Dealer finally replaced the entire drive shaft assembly, including U-joints. Problem solved. Thankfully it was a warranty job or it would have been "big bucks!"
