Put blocks on front tires and then put the rear up on jack stands (so the rear tires aren't touching the ground).
Start the vehicle and put it in drive.
Now get out and drop down to your knees and look at the driveshaft from the side.
If you see ANY type of wobble or jump rope effect in your driveshaft, then THAT is your problem. You need to get driveshaft replaced / balanced /straightened.
I just went through this little nightmare myself.
Oh yeah, if your truck is 4WD, make sure you don't have the front axle engaged when you do this!
Just a thought.

Whens the last time it had new U joints at the front and back of the rear drive shaft?

You need to check the U joints in the shaft first, pull the drive shaft out (12 point 12 mm socket) be sure to block your wheels before you do this and see if both U joints move freely. You cannot check a U joint without removing the drive shaft so you can full articulate the joints in both directions.

This...first....
If U joints are good, PM me and I will give you the info for the place that built mine for me. They are awesome, friendly and professional. My new driveshaft from them turned my Ex's driving experience into a whole new world.

But I did check all the driveshaft front to back and it is clean not damaged at all .

Then before you do anything else you need to pull that shaft off and check/replace those U joints. You cannot tell if a U joint is bad by looking, you have to take the shaft off the truck. This isn't an expensive fix, so it's worth the time to do this and change the joints before you lighten your wallet on more expensive causes.
