Need king pin dimensions please

I read my manual and all it says is too use reamer tool but it doesn't tell me the dimension to ream the new bushing to.
My question is how much clearance should the new pin/bushings have, .002", .005" ????
I have tools to ream the bushings.

Try looking the the rear of the Shop Manual under Specifications.
I think thats where the info is for my 48.

My 53 manual says to use reaming tool number "T53T-3110-A" to ream the new bushing to the proper bore. Not much help there...the spec sheet however states that the min ID for the bushing is 0.861 inches and the min OD for the spindle bolt is 0.859 inches. I'll leave it to you to decipher but it sounds like the maximum allowable clearance is 0.002 inches.

CharlieLed's dimensions tell us that .002 is the MINIMUM clearance you should have. That most likely means that .005 was the nominal. Shoot for .002-.005 and you should be good.
