Tried Softopper??
Have any of you tried one of these Softoppers on your truck? I think one would look real good on my 76 highboy. It's used for general hauling and then camping about 4 times a year.
I'm wondering how well they hold up and if they can really keep the back dry.
You can see them here if interested.

WAY too much money!!! I can build that for <$100...
Canvas is easy to work with (but not the most rot resistaint i dont think)
I'd build ribs that go between the bed rails, cover it with canvas, and use snaps to secure it ontop of the ribs, and to the side of the bed. For the ends, I'd have a semisircle camvas peice that uses thoose same snaps to secure the ends to the main part...
Think covered wagon, use good material (not that flimsey BS aluminium tubing)
there's no way I'd pay $500 for one of thoose
