X- plan for stock holders

A couple things:
1) private offers (AQHA, Military, etc) are not compatable with X-Plan
2) X-Plan (and GM supplier) PINS can be giver out by Ford/GM employees. GM's deal is not as generous though. Same holds on GM deals- some offers aren't comaptable (some are). Depends on the model, timing, and rebates going on at the time.
