Shocks on 03 FX4

Is there any way to take some of the stiffness out of the stock shocks on the 2003 FX4? My wife is fussing, saying it is riding a bit too harsh, and I know little to nothing about shocks.

You can't tune the factory shocks. The only solution is to replace them with aftermarket ones... if you can find them.
