2003 Centennial edition?

2003 Centennial edition?
I am going to look at a 2003 250 4X4 6.0 auto crew cab short box truck tomorrow and the add says its a centennial edition. Just from the pics and searching the i-net it looks like this package was: black ext with fully loaded tan interior and color matched black front bumper. Are my assumptions correct? Anything else?
2nd question: This truck has a std "short box" and I want to be able to haul a camper in the future (at least 4 years from now) that will fit 2 adults and at least 2 kids. This would be for one night trips only so we would not be living in it. Should I wait for a long box truck? BTW my wife might end up being the primary driver after a couple years that is why the shorter wheelbase appeals to me.
