I have a 1993 F250 XLT with 132K on her. Truck runs strong and had to put a new tranny and convertor in about 14 months ago.
I jsut recently noticed that when I get to around 50-65mph or so I hear this vibration that sounds like it is coming from the center section of the cab like it is coming from the driveshaft. I also hear it a bit as the truck slows at like 40 mph, when I put the truck in neutral and rev it up the truck doesn't make any noise just under load as the truck is moving.
I talked to one buddy he said it sounds like a center bearing, another buddy said sounds like torque convertor which I really hope it ain't as it is out of warranty.
Just wondering if any one else has had this problem and what you did to fix it.
