Boost fooler?
I installed a new Kc300x turbo a few months ago and I’ve been wondering if with the new boost numbers should I get a boost fooler to get the most out of it? It’ll still go to 28-30 psi in the 3000-3200k rpm ranges which I don’t do much but I’m wondering if I got one if it would spool a Little quicker after 20-22 Psi range if it’s cutting fuel now

This right here. If you're hitting 30 PSI without a check engine light and loss of power, an OCR isn't going to accomplish much. Like stated, the boost fooler keeps the MAP thinking it's only seeing 22-25 PSI, while the actual number is higher.

Just a guess, maybe there is a time delay to prevent nuisance CEL’s if you just hit 22 psi for a moment. Maybe you went past 22, triggered the time delay and when you reached 40 psi the time delay coincidentally timed out right then and triggered the CEL? I am not betting anything on this response being correct.
