Get a bigger turbo, that always works!!

Are you worried you're not getting enough boost? Check to make sure all your intercooler boots are sealed up tight and check your up-pipes for leaks.

Bought a boost fooler and actually lost 11lbs of boost. Arguing with the guy now about it. He says it's not possible, so I guess my gauge is lying to me. HA! Would just like to run around 30-40lbs, I think it would compliment my other ad-ons. Oh and the bigger turbo is in the works, but I need other stuff first.

I can bury the needle on my 30lb gauge if I stay in it long enough. I try not to let it get over 28 psi. 24lbs is good for a stock turbo.

How do you have it plumbed in? The boost gauge line, if tee'd in, should be between the intake spider and the boost fooler, then the hose goes on to the MAP sensor. That way the guage reads actual boost and the MAP reads regulated boost.

I will check it out and get back to ya,just think it would run etter if it didn't top out at 24lbs of boost. Have a WW and trying to get this boost fooler worked out. With all he toys I have in the garage ready to go on I should dyno at over 400HP. Can't wait until warmer climates!!

I have stock turbo and injectors, most importantly stock tune and I run a solid 19lb boost. The only thing is airraid dropin filter, 4" pipe instead of the ccv thing, and I cranked the wastegate actuator rod probly 2 turns.

I have new couplers and stuff holdng it all in as well as new uppipe donuts.
Check for leaks. I ruined a turbo because of it. Learn from me.

I also want 40 psi. I'd love to have a transmission that can hold up to that boost as well.

If you want 40psi you better start shopping for a new turbo, and the injectors to push enough fuel to get there.
