Buzzing noise

This weekend I notice sometimes when the transmision shifts before 30 or 40 mph there is a slight buzzing noise. Does not happends all the time and does it when towing and when not. Other than the noise seems to shift all right truck has 66700 miles on it transmission was rebuilt at 37000 when 2nd went out it is the 4r100

It's the inspection-cover on the front of the bellhousing. It likes to vibrate.

Take it off, put some stick-on rubber/foam on the top front edge and re-install.

Might be a loose heat shield also.

Thanks for the info I found a spot weld on a heat shield broken and I also put the strip on the inspection shield
