I'm Back and amazed!!!
I took a little vacay from all cyper places for about a year and returned here to see how much this forum has grown in both substance and knowledge.........I feel old now with my 02 / F350 / SD V10 / 2wd xc / lb with only 45,000 miles
............but it is a keeper, need some new shocks, tires, but the 2 valver still hauls butt.....IF there is a way to increase mpg without costing way too many $$$$$....i would do it .stock works for me........10-14.5mpg city / hiway.......towing 10,000 lbs 8.5 mpg..........still kills new hemis..........but they are not real trucks..........glad to be back!!!

"Addiction" is a good word for it.
My V-10 is booring! Just no suprises, quiet operation, starts and runs daily without driping oil or pouring out smoke, or clattering under the hood, and costs $60 when it gets towards 1/4 level on the gauge. Dam, I hate financing those mid eastern terrorists.

Fishin.... stock works for me too and the V10 is like a good woman. You just want to keep her. I don't even think about getting another truck anymore and I know a guy with a 99 V10 and he still loves the thing.
My diesel trucks were like the girl you picked up in the bar when you were single. You knew you were gonna have some fun but it wasn't going to last.

if we get any more rain around here .i'll be able to fish muskie from my back deck.never mind walking to the lake.
some one hooked up to a muskie 2 weeks ago here. 52 inches long, 29 grith and 37 pounds. guess that bad boy has been eating good since they were only 6 inches when we stocked them

Hey capt ,I hooked into a pike very simalar to the Musky (same family of fish)
up in the St lawrence River around 1,000 Islands.Felt like I hooked a log after 20 or so minutes I get him near the boat,he takes one look at us and goes straight to the bottom must have did some rolls and snapped my steel leader 30lb test.
This thing had teeth on him like you won't believe.
