Map Sensor loose ???

Map Sensor loose ???
I think it is the map the service book is confusing. It is next the the intake air heater with a reg and green tube coming from it. Should it be "loose". The bolt is tight but the hosing "wiggles" on the mount (enuff that it leans over and touches the air heater bolt)
