My friend owns a 96 f150 4x4 EB with limited slip rear end.
When shifting into reverse there's a loud clunk as it sounds like the slack in the driveline is being taken up. His rear end also tends to squeak when gears are shifted. Also, he put 90w140 in the rear end for lube. Does this sound right? As far as I know he added no friction modifier.
