Programers
Does anybody know of any other programmers other than superchips for the '06 4.2lt. Thats all I have been able to find. 
You would think it would be more common like the GM 4.3. It has good power and good mpg.

I ask diablo if they had a programmer for the 06. They said no. The reason being is the CAN Buss the truck uses for it internal communications, their programmer is not compatible with it.

should I do CAI b4 the programmer or after? b4 you ask yes I've already got a SIDO 40 series flowmaster on my truck. Also I noticed K&N advertises CAI for the 5.4, but doesn't mention 4.6, do they not have anything for my engine?
