Squeaking Transmission
I have an 87 F-150 XL with the NP 3spd w/od transmission.
Once the engine and trans is warm, I get this squeaking noise from the transmission.
This noise happens in neutral, moving and at dead stop. Also at low speeds, I have no clue at high speeds because the noise of the engine drowns everything else out.
There are new bearings and seals on the transmission. I've 99% narrowed the noise down to the transmission, near the front end of it.
