Funny noises

Driving a 94 f150 5-speed and When accelerating when it's cold I get sort of a squeaking sound and then when close to stopping I get clicking in what seems to be the transmission. It's not loud or violent clicking but it still makes me wonder, anyone have any ideas as to what it is?
Also when I brake and am close to stopping, my truck bounces like no other, could it be the brakes or shocks, or maybe a combination?

if its 4 wheel drive check to make sure that the hubs arn't locked in or one is locked in and one isn't.

get a good pry bar and try moving your tranny around, almost kinda sounds like mine did when my tranny bushings began falling apart. also check U-joints
