Squeaking from truck

Ok just needing info, am I about to have any major issues as my truck is making a loud rhythmic squeaking noise when I move at any speed that is lower then what the speedometer will register (5mph or less) should I be concerned about the noise? It only occurred when I'm at very slow parking lot speeds

Check u-joints on drive line,or brakes

No Info on your Truck listed.

Hubs as well make such sounds that will turn to grinding. Often silencing when turning at low speeds.

May be I'm blind! Dammed if I see anything like that. Is it a 4WD or 2WD?

no increase,k hoever at the moment my brother is borrowing my truck (preffer him to drive the trusty Ford then some POS economy hire car (rental car) that he was going to get (it was a toyota Prius of all things...) so he could get home to get to his job the next day so I will have the truck back in hand to further test tomorrow evening, but as far as he can tell no further noises are being emitted from the truck, only at 5mph or less (crawling in a parking lot)
