2000 F150 ABS Problem.
I changed the rear speed sensor first, no change. Then I paid to get the codes read as was suggested by others.
I got back a C1155 Left front sensor reading off speed. C1096 Pump Motor and a Circuit failure C1095 ABS Pump Motor Failure.
I was told there was a pump which is news to me and there is possibly a relay that has failed. I could not find anywhere in the owners manual a relay for the ABS. I did find a fuse which is fine.
Any tech's out there that can help?

Otherwise, look up your state's official safety inspection criteria and see if a fault in the ABS system can cause an inspection failure. Since it's an additional system and your primary braking system is not affected, it may not be a failable condition. I'd expect each state that has an inspection program will have similar rules, but there will be differences. For example, in Missouri's inspection procedures, the ABS system is specifically listed as not to be tested (11 CSR 50-2.160 (1(D)))
As for repairing the actual faults, you have a detected fault in the LF sensor or ring gear AND an electrical fault with the pump motor circuit. The service manual has the step-by-step procedures for diagnosing these concerns which may be beyond the resources of most vehicle owners.
