Yes, my bolt was very tight, but I could still see that it (edit: the bracket) was moving. A couple of washers solved the problem.

89LX306 Yeah there is a little silver bracket thing on the bolt that will spin around... Does taht mean it is loose? All of mine spin but only one side is making noise?

That is actually the original 2nd seat mats that came with the Expedition that match the base carpet. I just layered the mats on top of each other. The darker mats I bought online thinking they would match the base carpet, but they didn't.
