worn aode?
I have a 95 Bronco with a modified 302 and an aode trans. The other day I drove to work and everything was just fine.On the way home I pulled out of the parking lot and the trans felt like it was slipping between 1st and 2nd.I've never had a trans go before so I'm a little skeptical about it working fine and then 9 hrs.later it's not. I had the trans flushed today and it feels a little better but the old fluid was a little dark. My only other question is I also reset the computer the night before this happened and to reset my idle and put on a new neg.battery connection.I know these trans. are computer controlled and when it does shift it is not harsh, it feels normal,it's just taking alittle longer.I also want to add that the trans.does have 126k on it though.
