I resent y'all laughing at the ministry like this. I take my calling seriously.
And I have the certificate to prove it.

I know a number of people who have the ULC certificate. They are all Christian and they, as far as I know, can legally marry couples. I went to one wedding where a ULC preacher did the marrying. As long as the couple has a legal marriage certificate, it's all legal. Is a Justice of the Peace a certified preacher? Nay!
