Can't, the bumper is attached to the frame so will be lower than the grill. Check my gallery, I think one of the pics shows it with the body lift and small bumper.

Some bodylift kits will come with a "bumper relocater kit" which is nothing more than a steel bracket to raise the front up to match the grille and some angle iron in the back.
You lose your ability to use the rear bumper to pull a trailer because the adapter is too weak.
The best looking alternative I have seen is to leave your bumper in the stock position and fab some diamond plate to fill the gaps above the bumpers. I've also seen people use black plastic instead. It's cheaper but doesn't look as good.

I raised my front by cutting a set of old mounts off a junked frame & welding them in up higher, had to make a cupple of braces and notch the frame where the bottom of the bumper goes. On the back I used the diamond plate.

With a body lift, will there be problems with clutch linkage and lower radiator hose, gas tank hoses?

Well you'll probably have to remove or trim the radiator shrould, I say trim cause these vehicles seem to overheat without shrouds at lower speeds.
When I lifted my ranger the gas tank hoses followed nicely. The clutch linkage on the other hand would probably have to be lenthened, my ranger was hydraulic and wasn't an issue.

Clutch linkage will BARELY make it stock length. You will have to remove the clutch pedal up travel stop. Don't know the technical term. Best way I can describe it. I would definitly lengthen it anyway. I would drop the radiator down so that you can still use the fan shroud and the radiator hoses all line up right. When I dropped my rad to put a fan shroud back on it really helped it run alot cooler.

this is a more expensive option to the bumper situation, but you could build your own custom bumper and make it three inches thicker to compensate for the BL. (this is what i am going to do.)
