We order a case once or twice a year. Rudy's BBQ has/had it, not sure if you have Rudy's over there though. One time we were at the plant and they said that they don't distribute to areas the other bottling plants ship to, I'll bet that doesn't leave many places. Rudy's probably orders it the same way just so they can have it.

BTW, there is some speculation that Dr Pepper may have a widespread roll out of the cane sugar version as some sort of summer promotion this year.
