1969 Parts

Hi guys, long time no post. Im toying with some ideas of some things to do to my truck. Anybody know a good company who packs/makes custom springs. Also what is the lug pattern, i forget lol. What size tires will fit under my truck with 6 inches of lift. 35's? 37's? Alright guys, I'll have some more questions later thanks.

Five lug pattern- 5x5.5"
Eight lug pattern- 8x6.5"
36s will fit, but 37s may be a little tight, unless other mods are done. When you lift an F-100 that high, you also have to drop the rear of the radius arms to keep the caster angle correct.
