Brush guard/bumper differences

I found a guy selling a brush guard/winch mount that he had on a '90 F-350. It is homemade but he designed it based on a similar Warn unit.
He said it'll fit 1990's pickups or Bronco's.

I'm just wondering if it should fit OK on a 95 F-250 bumper. I have no idea on the difference between bumpers from a '90 to a '95. The width of the center section is the same as the one currently on my truck.
Since it has a winch mount, I imagine it is tied into the frame somehow, also don't know if a 90 F350 frame is similar to a 95 F250 frame(the front part anyway)

I know the headlight bars won't work, but I'm thinking I can use the headlight guards on my current one on this center section, or modify the headlight parts to angle backwards instead of having them head straight to the sides.

Thanks
Bruce
