Cigar/Cigarette Lighter Bulb
OK, here's an interesting question. On my cigar/cigarette lighter on the dash (actually behind the dash) there is a place for what looks like a small bulb. I guess it lights up the lighter so you can see it in the dark. My question is what bulb do I purchase to go there. I did not have one when I bought the truck so I don't know what bulb number to ask for at the auto store.

I haven't seen that on any of my trucks, it might be an aftermarket thing. Can you tell what the base is, whether it's a spade base, a press-in or screw-in bulb?
If it's a spade base, it's probably a 194, and if it's a twist style (like a brake light), the it's probably a 1445. These were both common instrumentation lamps in Fords.
