wheel lock up

i have a 1968 ford with a 360 and the back wheel will not
come lose what do you think is worng with it?

wheel lock up

when we were moving it with the tractor the tire
would just drag through the grass

Jed sounds like what we call brakes frozen. Loosen the star wheel and try moving the truck first forward and backward. You might try placing an old tire between the truck and tractor and chaining them up tight to keep from bending things. If it was cold and you can wait for a warmer day, keep that in mind too.
