I have a 2000 expedition with the comfort/convenience group. Can someone please tell me if it was supposed to come with 16" cast aluminum wheels?. I'm wondering if me dealer pulled a fast one because it has the plain steel wheels. I have the 2001 book and it says cast aluminum wheels comes standard with the comfort/convenience group. Im just not sure if 2000 was the same. I realy would like to know so I can hammer my dealer if need be. Thanks for the help

I've seen discrepancies before between what the dealer brochures show and what's on the vehicle. Having said that, I happen to like the chrome look on my '97 and wouldn't trade for aluminum if you paid me. I see more and more chrome wheels again and think that's where the style is headed anyway. Good luck with the dealer.
I think the chrome wheels are awesome also. But mine came in with grey painted steel not the chrome ones. I ended up calling ford and the wheels didn't come with the 2000 package. They do with the 2001 package which is cheaper. They took the rear heat/air out of the package and added a wheel package. Kind of a trade off I guess.
