I was thinking about doing a whole changeover. The only differece in the bumper is which side is painted right? I was thinking the grill and lights are the only difference. I figured they used the same core support. I dont know what term your using for cutting a header panel. Header panels are used on cars (cars nose) and are usually fiberglass. Anyone actually do this conversion?

Bumper bolts up to same mounts, but is shaped differently to fit the grill. Header panel is different, and is rather inexpensive, and is fiberglass. New style headlights and grill will bolt straight to new header panel. I have a web page where all this is saved on my computer at home... I'll post it when I get home....

FWIW, you can do just the header and lights. Keep your old grill (ziptied at bottom) and keep your old bumper. I plan to do it this way in steps to avoid spending alot of cash all at once.

The headlights you can most definately get cheaper on ebay, but the header panel is bulky, and is probably cheaper at dealer, as shipping would be expensive. The bumper is a toss-up, depending on what you can find. May want to call different dealerships for prices, too, as the one 3 towns over from me is about 30% cheaper on parts than the one right down the road...
