ignition wiring
ello i have a problem the red wire from my ignition module behind the dash is out and when i stick it in beside the thick yellow wire it makes a buzzing sound and i can start it. all is good except when i turn it off the oil light stays on so i have to take it out. how do i fix this so it all works well?

Huh???

Wiring diagrams are included in the OEM service manuals available on CD-Rom from many suppliers.

They don't put ignition modules under the dash

well whatever the thing is that holds all the wires in.

i don't claim to be a knowitall lol

The Ignition switch maybe ? where the key goes in?

nope. i have the ashtray tooken out and there is sort of a plug where all the wires go into.
