Post Hey Dave

Dave:

Been talking with Jay at FTE. Me and a partner are working on starting diesel performance company in Charleston and Beckley. We are just now starting to get it off the ground. One of our goals is to Sponsor the WV Chapter. I know I cannot talk business until I get the thing off the ground and get the sponsorship. Just wanted to pass on the info to you.

Paul

That sounds cool, I was talking to a salvage yard up here that has mostly trucks about an FTE sponsorship, but I don't think he is going to do it.

Sure would increase his market area for Ford parts if he did though.

I am still working on it. FTE will not let me name the companies until I get the sponsorship, but I can say they are well known. I want to get the company up and running, get a little "on hand" stock and then give it a try. It looks like they want me to hand from mid part of the state south.

I will let you know!

Once we get it going, we will have to set up a meeting.

It should be quite interesting. I know that we need to get more people involved in FTE. Maybe, I can talk them into with a little sponsorship from FTE also. That will be later though. We have to get the corporation thing together and all the legalities worked out. Danged lawyers!

Yes I have little use for them either, I am battling a couple of them right now.

You going Inc. or LLC ?

LLC seems to be easier.

LLC, kills the liability exposure if something goes wrong.

There are more ways to do that that wind up being a tax advantage if you situation is right.

We went LLC. Tax advantage is better, insurance is cheaper, and we don't have to keep track of the reseller tax. That is their problem.
